CHALLENGE 

After a two-year attempt to implement an ERP system to automate lease agreements, the company faced budget overruns and limited functionality of their CRM system (HubSpot). The traditional preparation of a lease agreement took 1 hour per document, involving manual data entry, printing, client meetings, and administrative processes.

SOLUTION  

We optimized the CRM by introducing a module for automatically generating and sending electronic lease agreements, reducing the process time to 1 minute. The automation included electronic signing and document archiving. 

RESULT

Significant increase in process efficiency — from manual data entry to the automatic generation of 1,000 contracts, reducing operational costs and increasing contract execution speed.

ADVANCED DEBT COLLECTION MANAGEMENT   

CHALLENGE 

Before implementing the new solution, the client spent 2 days processing data in Excel to create a monthly financial status report for tenants in shopping centers across Europe. 

SOLUTION  

We implemented a concise, 2-page Power BI report that automatically analyzes financial data and identifies potential risks. The report is updated daily and answers 20 times more questions than the previous monthly report. 

RESULT

The new system provides up-to-date data every day, eliminating the need for 16 hours of monthly manual data processing. Assuming an 8-hour workday, this results in a time savings of 192 hours per year. Additionally, the daily report updates allow the client to make operational decisions much faster, leading to more effective debt collection and better financial risk management.
